The dream outcome

Collections in the 90s. Front-desk that runs from a phone.
A calmer week.

94%
Fee collection

When dues chase themselves — via email today, WhatsApp and SMS next — collection stops leaking. The gyms who used to run at 70% now run in the 90s.

11 min
To sign up a new member

Down from ~40 in a paper-first gym. Sign-up → plan → invoice → ID card, all one screen.

₹0
Per member, per staff

One annual price per gym. Grow to 500 members. Grow to five branches. Same bill.

A note from the builder

Ashwani Srivastava
Founder · Clicknify · Lucknow

I built Fitness ERP because the first gym I audited was running on a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp broadcast, and a paper register — and doing 60% collections.

We didn’t rebuild their brand. We didn’t add another dashboard. We shipped one system, imported members in 11 days, and cranked their collections to 94% by month three. That’s the bar. Not features on a comparison page — collections in the 90s, on a phone, in a Tier-2 city, with the same staff you already have.

Every rupee of pricing on this page reflects that: one flat annual price per gym. No per-member fee. No per-staff fee. If we make it easier for you to grow, we don’t get to tax you for growing.

What you’re actually getting

Six modules. One member record. Zero swivel-chairing between apps.

01 · Members

Every member, one profile

Photo, plan, dues, attendance, health notes, referral tree — all one screen. Freeze, resume, transfer. Printable ID card with a scannable QR at the counter.

02 · Billing

GST-native billing that collects itself

Auto-numbered invoices by Indian fiscal year. UPI + Razorpay + cash + EMI, all in one register. Late fees accrue at 2:15 AM every night, per gym rules. Dues aging in 0-30 / 30-60 / 60+ buckets — one tap to WhatsApp the member from there.

03 · Attendance

QR at the door. Biometric and RFID if you own the hardware

Members scan a rotating gym QR from their portal — no lines at reception. Or a biometric/RFID reader posts to a webhook. Absent-member email fires automatically after N days.

04 · Inventory & POS

A real counter for protein, apparel, and gear

Supplements, protein, accessories, apparel. Low-stock alerts by email. Purchase orders that receive straight into stock. GST-correct receipts printed and emailed. Bill lines flow into the same reports as memberships.

05 · Trainers & fitness

Trainers get their own login. Members get their own portal.

Trainers log body metrics, diet charts, PT sessions. Members see their own attendance, dues, weight trend, next expiry — and pay from the portal. No app install.

06 · Reports

The numbers the owner actually needs

Live dashboard: revenue, active members, today’s check-ins vs capacity, pending dues, activity feed. Six-month revenue split membership vs POS. Dues & defaulters aging buckets. Trainer performance. Collection. Churn.

Pricing, before you ask

Flat annual price. Every tier gets every module.

What changes going up is the reminder channel and, at the top, a branded app. No per-member fees. No per-staff fees. No feature you have to upgrade to unlock.

Objection handling

The questions we get on every discovery call

Do you take a per-member fee?+

No. One annual price per gym. Grow to 500 members and it does not change. Add five branches under one owner, still one bill.

What happens after the 5-day trial?+

You pick a tier and pay via Razorpay — cards, UPI, netbanking. If you don’t, the gym is locked (staff and members can’t log in) but nothing is deleted. Come back later, pay, everything is there.

We already run on Excel + WhatsApp. Will you help import?+

Yes. Members, plans, and outstanding dues are the three things that matter. Send us the sheet, we handle the first import free.

Can members pay dues themselves?+

Yes — the portal has UPI QR + Razorpay checkout. Every payment reconciles to the invoice automatically. No spreadsheet updates.

Where’s the data?+

Supabase Postgres in Mumbai (ap-south-1). Every gym’s data is isolated in its own tenant, with database-level row security as a second layer of defense.

Does it work on a phone?+

The whole thing. Members use it on their phone. Owners run reports on their phone. Front-desk staff take payments on their phone. Only exception: the POS counter is more comfortable on tablet or bigger.

Try it before you decide

5 days.
No card.
Import your members on day 1.

If it doesn’t obviously belong at your front desk by day 5, walk away — nothing to cancel, nothing charged. We’ll even help you import your existing member list free, once, so day 1 is real not empty.
